The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Shopper Marketing Coordinator (m/f/*) for the Consume Business Group in the Central Europe Region, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Creation, Execution and Measurement of Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional shopper group, including their needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors.
Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Mgrs, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Mgrs to execute on growth opportunities.
Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns.
Having deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations.
Managaging Channel Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizing according to sources of growth.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
Experience in Consumer Marketing/ B2C / FMCG
Data driven mindset
Good level of English and German Proficiency
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience in Project Management
Master's Degree in Marketing
Travel expectations: May include up to 10% (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands)
