Job Location: Hershey, PA * This position is open for 100% remote* * Summary:* The Sr. Manager of Salty Business Model Strategy will lead critical strategic and business model planning for the Salty Snacking Division that will establish Hershey’s as a Top 3 player in Salty Snacking over the LSP horizon. This role will be responsible for leading critical strategic planning and analytical work across commercial/operational levers as well as critical business model elements. This role will serve as the thought leader and critical partner to our commercial & operational teams providing strategic guidance and direction for growth plans and investment as we build out and scale our Salty portfolio. This individual will need to be an expert in strategic thinking, direction setting, and complex problem solving to enable the holistic growth agenda. He/she will need to have experience and expertise in the Salty Snacking industry from a strategic / enterprise level and will need to present to senior leadership regularly. He/she will oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and will need to operate at both a detailed, analytical level and a broad, strategic, general manager level. * Responsibilities:* * Lead business model refinement for execution in ’24+ (Capacity roadmap, route to market, etc) * Lead key workstreams related to commercial and operational strategies, including portfolio management, innovation, etc * Support Salty M&A efforts across top of funnel and diligence projects * Lead executive-level presentations for the Salty President and CEO (EC updates, contribute to Board presentations, etc.) * Support the 3-year Strategic plan and direction of the business * Partner closely with Enterprise Strategy to ensure holistic LSP vision is achieved for Hershey * Required Experience:* * Bachelors degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred * 8+ years of combined experience in leading Salty Snack manufacturer or strategic consulting firm. * Direct or project-based experience in commercial or operational functions. * Experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations and decisions. * Experience working across functions and teams to align and implement actionable strategies. #LIMH1 #Remote The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
