Technology Lifecycle Manager

What does a successful Technology Lifecycle Manager do at Fiserv?

You'll be responsible for overseeing the governance and hygiene of Fiserv network products and technologies. This includes data taxonomies, compliance and remediation frameworks, key performance indicators, and multi-year technology planning and policies - all requiring a deep understanding of technology debt management, data hygiene, device hygiene, customer needs, and technological advancements. You will collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to ensure that the Fiserv network estate meets and exceeds internal and external customer needs and business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the governance and hygiene of Fiserv network products and technologies

  • Develop and manage data taxonomies and compliance and remediation frameworks

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure technology effectiveness

  • Design and implement multi-year technology planning and policies

  • Drive strategies for technology debt management, data hygiene, and device hygiene

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives

  • Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices in technology lifecycle management

  • Keep abreast of technological advancements to inform strategic planning

What you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology management or related leadership roles

  • Experience managing data taxonomies and compliance frameworks

  • Experience in technology debt management and data governance

  • Experience with developing and monitoring key performance indicators.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Advanced degree or certification in technology

  • Experience with network products and technologies in a financial services context

  • Familiarity with multi-year technology planning in large organizations
