The Engineer 3 position contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence and has a desire to excel.

The Engineer 3 position creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a Hotel experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. The Engineer 3 will be primarily responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, door locks, meeting spaces, and front of house areas. Requiring some skills in these areas as well as good communication and multitasking skills. The Engineer 3 will also perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment. 180 - Day Probationary Rate: $26.66

Hourly Rate: $31.36

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years building/hotel maintenance experience is preferred.

  • Good customer service and troubleshooting skills are required.

  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and comprehend programs related to preventive maintenance (iTendant), TV systems, etc.

  • Mus be available to work a flexible schedule to include overnights, weekends, and holidays.

  • BOC level 1 certified or Equal is also preferred.
