We are currently looking for a Planning Manager to join our team in Warsaw, IN. As a Planning Manager, you will have a vital role in creating and implementing strategic plans to enhance our supply chain operations. Your collaboration with diverse teams will be essential to ensure smooth execution of production plans and promote ongoing improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels

  • Manage capacity planning requirements for the plant including business supply needs, new production pipeline volume builds and other plant project work

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • Connect with Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning to ensure seamless flow of information and fully integrated approach to delivering key metrics – Customer Service, Inventory, and Cost

  • Partner with Source to drive Supplier performance improvement including quality and on-time delivery

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Coach and guide teams / individuals to mine data from appropriate systems and able to carry out complex analysis for ad-hoc business requests

  • Develop, coach, and guide team in the execution of strategies and the realization of departmental and company goals; advance succession planning by holding career conversations with staff

  • Train and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the planning organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree specifically in supply chain management, business or related field preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience

  • Proven experience in supply chain planning

  • People leadership experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse individuals

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced planning tools

Preferred:

  • Healthcare industry experience

Other:

  • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
