The role is for a Business Support Manager role, with a focus on driving effective Communications to a range of stakeholders and audiences in support of Global Risk Management teams across the Enterprise.

The role is part of the wider Global Risk Management Business Operations and Enablement team who are responsible for driving cohesive and efficient reporting, routines and operations for Global Risk Management. The team are responsible for several interrelated functions including financial management, resource management, location strategy, executive routines, engagement and inclusion, and training.

This role will support the business in all aspects of stakeholder understanding and readiness for several change initiatives in progress, including creating strategic reporting and presentations for multiple stakeholder audiences in support of those programs. This role will also support creating, implementing, and measuring Risk-led training, This role consults with senior management to create storyboards and presentation materials for various executive level audiences, as well as to define and lead projects aligned to multi-year strategic initiatives.

This role requires the ability to listen, engage effectively with Global Risk subject matter experts, ask the right questions, communicate with clarity, multi-task, meet deadlines, and translate complex processes and services into simple action steps.

Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a deep understanding of company strategy, products, services and processes, and excellent analytical abilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Marketing/Communicationsor Management disciplines

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Proven track record of building strong partnerships and influencing at the executive level without direct authority

  • Significant experience working in a regulated environment with an understanding for the financial industry and its laws, rules and regulations.

  • Experience with developing presentation materials for Senior Executives and for large teams

  • Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Excellent MS office skills

  • Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations for all audience levels (analyst/specialist to executive-level)

  • Strong change management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Works well in a collaborative fast paced environment.

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment
