What's a career like at BAE Systems? Remarkable! We're looking for a Shared Services Senior Financial Analyst to support the budgets for BAE Enterprise Shared Services Inc. There are a number of responsibilities for the role, which includeIT Shared Pools monthly budget vs actuals performance analysis

• Providing oversight on performance and highlights issues to management

• Capital management support and ensuring and meeting compliance adherence.

• Assisting with the annual budgeting coordination as it relates to IT Shared Pools.

• Coordinate month-end close process in Costpoint with Accounting.

• Coordinate new pool, account, and customer set-up in Costpoint.

• In additional to typical monthly financial support, the role will be key in supporting ways to automate our existing processes (embracing tableau/data analytics, creating and implementing new processes for headcount management, forecasting, planning, etc.).

• Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts with the help of financial and data analytics tools available.

• Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trend future requirements, and operating forecasts.

• Prepares reports of finding and recommendations to management.

• Supports accounting mid-year and year-end requirement as needed.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience, or master's degree and 1 years of relevant professional experience;

• Prior experience in Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP software;

• Prior experience in financial analysis and budgeting;

• Capable in delivering sound recommendations based on data;

• Proven experience with relevant analytical software and applications like Hyperion, Tableau or BI, and Cognos reporting.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Relevant degree in a financial domain;

• Prior experience supporting as a financial analyst;

• Experience supporting senior level stakeholders.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
