Job Description

The selected applicant will apply knowledge and experience with project management principles and techniques to provide project support for U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I) systems. Will gather and analyze data related to C5I systems and will research, monitor, and report status of team project timelines, milestones and deliverables and make recommendations to achieve project goals and objectives. Will create and analyze moderately complex C5I documentation and will conduct information gathering and data analysis on new and current systems and equipment aboard USCG Cutters and US Navy surface platforms. Will be required to attend various coordination and ship integration meetings at USCG headquarters in Washington DC.

The position is onsite in California, MD, with travel to USCG headquarters in Washington DC (approximately one day per week).

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment and independently, as required

Microsoft Office experience

Ability to be self-motivated

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology or related Technical area

Experience in USCG or US Navy C4 systems

PMP certification

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $76450 - $130020

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
