Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. The Small Form Factor Product Line is seeking a capture lead to support Rotary Wing and Weapons. This role will focus on establishing customer maps and creating an engagement strategy, prioritizing key pursuits using internal and external sources, and executing strategic captures.

Plans, manages, coordinates, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes Rotary Wing and Weapons campaigns and programs. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle

  • Strong Program Management experience on large projects or portfolios of projects

  • Demonstrate visible leadership across the program leading by example and driving program performance excellence

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers

  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others.

  • Business acumen mindset, awareness within and outside the business

  • Take an active role in development and execution of a growth strategy to support the product line s integrated business plan and technology growth plan

  • Ability to obtain a SAP/SAR clearance level

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Active TS clearance

  • Program Capture Lead experience

  • Electronic Warfare (EW) technical familiarity

  • EMD (Engineering and Manufacturing Development) phase leadership

  • PMP Certification

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
