Job Purpose and Impact

The Change Management Leader will lead high impact, high value transformation initiatives and consulting to diagnose, propose, design and deliver change management solutions. In this role, you will partner effectively with company leadership to challenge current ways of thinking, identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, consult with project teams on roles, responsibilities, milestones and navigate obstacles to ultimately drive results to realize the value capture of the initiative. In addition to executing change management activities, you will ensure that all change management activities across the other business portfolios are coordinated and align to maintain transparency and maximize employee engagement through program wide change plans and will be working closely with the communications leader to ensure proper engagement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a change management strategy, playing a critical role in communicating an integrated and coordinated view across the various pieces of the initiative, leading as a business partner by fully participating in discussions to ensure optimal deployment.

  • Develop and maintain robust change management tools and templates to activate the change strategy and accelerate change management activities for application across our change initiatives.

  • Develop, revise and operate a best in class change management capability that will account for disruptive change to the operating model and effectively capture the value creation for the organization.

  • Understand business and project objectives and define and monitor performance and service quality metrics.

  • Create an open forum for employees to ask questions and share content or thoughts and respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.

  • Engage and enable all stakeholders and individuals impacted by the change to deliver key messages and engagement opportunities in ways that resonate within the company culture.

  • Collaboratively partner with the communications team to ensure internal messages are consistent across all mediums and influence stakeholders as needed to ensure change plans are compelling and aligned with our desired tone and create a network of change champions.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
