Job Purpose and Impact

The Manager, Global HR Systems & Process Owner will provide thought leadership in the design, implementation and measurement of highly complex human resources information systems, ensuring the strategy and roadmap to enable business strategy and end to end processes. In this role, you will apply subject matter expertise to provide advice and industry insights on systems research, analysis and strategy development to inform short and long term human resources technology options against the domain's and broader company's strategies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide thought leadership in the development and implementation of highly complex human resources information systems to drive strategic business objectives and improve organizational performance.

  • Advise and guide the team to ensure human resources information systems are properly maintained, updated and optimized to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

  • Collaborate with the domain process leader to enable the design of effective, end to end and frictionless processes.

  • Partner with broader digital technology team to seamlessly integrate highly complex human resource information systems with broader systems across the organization, including payroll, finance and customer relationship systems, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Provide thought leadership to ensure human resources information systems and processes are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

  • Identify and advise on opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to systems and workflows to better support the needs of organization and it's employees, including opportunities to introduce or improve technology automation.

  • Foster vendor relationships for respective information system and stay connected to industry trends and emerging technology offerings and best practices.

  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

  • Manage and support deployment and optimization of a global ServiceNow HRSD system

  • Evaluate and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience deploying or optimizing a global ServiceNow HRSD system.

  • Prior experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar global HCM and/or UKG, a plus.

  • Prior experience operating in a Product Model structure a plus.

  • Experience evaluating and deploying Artificial Intelligence solutions.

External Posting Information

This is a remote position open to candidates in the US. The preferred location for this role is based out of Wayzata, MN.

The expected salary for this position is $$146,903-$160,925. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law
