Overview:

The Knowledge Management (KM) Center of Excellence (CoE) is a Divisional level organization comprised of KM experts that drive industry leading KM approaches to maximize the collective knowledge, experience, expertise, and energy of our people to amplify our Transformation , enhance personal and professional development, and flawlessly deliver our pipeline to our patients.

The KM CoE Develop and execute Best-in-class approaches to facilitate our Transformation , knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement via an integrated toolkit, which simplify and de-risk our business processes , practices, and products . The CoE supports MMD, Digital MMD, and beyond by helping the business so they may deliver critical medicines to patents.

We foster industry-leading Knowledge Management practices through:

· Business Consulting to help the business manage and share knowledge.

· Diagnostics for Information & Knowledge Flow

· Knowledge Management Standards, Processes & Tools

Successful candidates will be able to work independently as well as proactively collaborate with colleagues. Primary responsibilities will include facilitating pre-job briefs, after-action reviews, ROCKs (retention of critical knowledge), and knowledge mapping. In addition, other operational responsibilities may be assigned based on strengths of the successful candidate(s). The candidate will be an active team participant, attend team meetings and will complete trainings on how to plan, execute and/or close out knowledge mapping and transfer of lessons learned across organizations. This candidate may be responsible for tracking timelines and may become proficient in project management tools. The candidate will interact with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders (e.g., shopfloor, global colleagues) in support of operational objectives.

The successful candidate will be welcomed as a full team member and will be part of a diverse, cross- functional team of individuals who help invent for life. The Fellowship will include progressive on-the- job training and operational project assignments under the direction of our Associate Director(s).

Your Fellowship Project:

You will partner with KM CoE team members to upskill on systems and tools to complete tasks and deliverables that streamline and accelerate processes that are essential in pharmaceutical drug manufacture.

The Fellowship Intends to:

· Develop an understanding of business consulting (scope/analyze/deliver) in a global pharmaceutical organization.

· Develop an understanding of tools and processes that can improve operations through more efficient information and knowledge flow.

· Develop/hone meeting facilitation and project management skills for team projects.

· Develop and understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing via team projects.

· Improve business excellence.

Work Experience

Experience/Skills We are Looking for:

Requirements:

· Based on the experience of the candidate, we are looking for 1-2 individuals who can help with capture, transfer, and sharing of tacit knowledge across the enterprise.

Preferences:

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a complex environment.

· Ability to multi-task and think critically to solve complex problems.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize activities, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

· Associate or bachelor’s Degree; preference in life sciences (e.g., biochemistry, chemistry, biology, physics, biomedical engineering).

· Collaboration, and organizational skills.

· Experience working on cross-functional teams.

· Strong communication abilities, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

· Work experience in a results-driven environment

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

Primary Work Site/Schedule:

· On-site work locations: West Point, PA; Hybrid schedule

· Monday-Thursday (Core hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, flexible start and stop)
