Job Summary:
Caterpillar Marketing & Brand currently has an opening for a Loyalty Engagement Manager, supporting Caterpillar’s loyalty program, Cat Vantage Rewards.
In this role, you will work with a team that is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of Caterpillar’s customer loyalty program, Cat Vantage Rewards. This person will work with partners to drive adoption and success of the loyalty program among internal teams and the dealer network. This role is responsible for training and socializing the program, ensuring seamless integration into internal and dealer operations, and fostering engagement to maximize participation.
What You Will Do:
Develop engagement strategies, refresher trainings, and socialization plans to ensure ongoing knowledge and collaboration.
Build strong relationships across the enterprise, acting as an advocate for the program.
Create a comprehensive engagement plan targeting roles that will influence success of the program and execute with cross-functional teams.
Work closely with partner teams to create compelling communication strategies that drive program awareness and participation.
Gain an comprehensive understanding of the dealer network landscape and operational processes, in this or related industries.
Transform complex information into a succinct story for internal and external presentations.
Facilitate presentations with large audiences and lead interactive working sessions on an ongoing basis.
Gather insights from internal partners, dealers and customers to continuously refine and evolve the program, ensuring it meets business goals and customer expectations.
Provide recommendations for program enhancements that drive increased adoption, engagement, and retention.
What You Will Have:

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Considerations For Top Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field OR equivalent working experience
5+ years experience in developing programs that provide value to customers. Loyalty program experience is a plus.
3+ years of Comprehensive understanding of the dealer network landscape and operational processes, in this or related industries.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers to drive program adoption and success.
Ability to partner and collaborate across the enterprise and provide cross-functional leadership.
A customer-back mindset by recognizing and advocating for customer and dealer value drivers.
Customer-back mindset and ability to take customer insights and data to influence and shape experiences.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and learn quickly.

Summary Pay Range:
$106,194.25 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
