Job Purpose and Impact
The Portfolio Advisor role is in service to a member of the Digital Technology and Data (DT&D) leadership team and overall DT&D by driving, transparency, focus and a shared consciousness. To better run DT&D as a business, this role will be a key partner to their LT member working closely to stand up and maintain consistent portfolio management processes, performance management, manage the efficiency pipeline portfolio, planning calendar and business review facilitation. In addition, this role will enable consistency across DTD by introducing consistent MVP’s (ie planning calendar, dashboards) across the leadership team allowing information to roll up to a DTD level more readily. This role will be a part of the Engagement Office and collaborate across their Engagement Manager peers. Being successful in this role requires the ability to influence, navigate ambiguity and drive change.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the development of a complex portfolio of projects that will be targeted to meet the strategic goals and value targets of the corporate and business strategy.
Partner collaboratively with key stakeholders including the development and deployment of strategic program approach within portfolio area.
Facilitate business and customer partnerships to support strategic and systemic changes, bridge technology gaps and meet organizational goals as well as governance around process improvement and lead practices within the related business groups and functions.
Monitor and report on the status of portfolio performance metrics and goals, overall business impact of projects within the portfolio and programs and identify variances to plans and execute corrective actions as appropriate.
Establish and run consistent end end portfolio management processes
Identify and lead optimization activities and promote process change in the organization.
Develop the integrated portfolio roadmap and collaborate with leaders to ensure organizational readiness and commitment to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and value realization activities.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferably in business or Information Technology
Proficiency with relevant office software for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
Minimum of four years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ten years of business and IT/industry experience
Five years of experience in portfolio management
Ability to lead change and navigate ambiguity
Results orientation and comfortable iterating MVP’s
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Minimum of two years of finance experience in a leading position
