Job Summary

The selected Information Security & Compliance Candidate will be part of DuPont’s Security Operations Team and will be expected to development, implement, and maintain various Endpoint Security Controls. This role will also require managing various integration points to achieve high uptime and availability. The Security Operations Specialist will also monitor tool alerts, triage potential threats, and escalate issues as necessary. They will also liaison with the incident response team to assist in cybersecurity investigations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

The Security Operations Specialist will be the member of the Endpoint Security Team. In this role the new member will be collaborating with different teams across Information Security & Compliance and various business units to ensure processes and solutions are built, deployed, modified and supported. The candidate will be will also provide expertise to ensure seamless Security Operations workstreams on a day-to-day basis. The Security Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining Security Tools Compliance on DuPont IT Assets. This is an onsite position. No relocation is available for this role.

Education & Experience

Required:

• 8+ years of global experience in Information Security domain.

• Sound knowledge of implementation and management of McAfee Endpoint Security Suite which includes Trellix ePO, Trellix Agent, Trellix ENS, VSE.

• Should have experience in configuring Defender antimalware policies, Windows Firewall settings, and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) in an Enterprise.

• Should have knowledge and experience of DLP Tools.

• Work with Operations Team to implement new Software, policy configurations and settings.

• Work to prevent and detect intrusions using Endpoint, EDR Tools.

• Monitor Security Systems and responds to security Incidents.

• Microsoft Defender ATP (Defender AV, App. Guard, ASR, Exploit Guard etc…) inside and out expert level.

• Develop innovative approaches to solve complex problems.

• Designing, Deploying and Administering of Endpoint Security technologies.

• Knowledge of ITIL Processes.

• Knowledge of Firewalls.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills in Endpoint Security Tools.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills

• Develop, review, and maintain Documentation for security systems and procedures.
