Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the commercial construction market and various specialty industries (controlled environment warehouses, low slope roofing or garden roof segments), in alignment with company objectives and sustainability goals.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the commercial construction market.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, market backed solutions and impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry associations, and partners, to drive brand awareness and promote thought leadership.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve desired results.

  • Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to reach target audiences and increase brand visibility.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and innovations related to commercial construction solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of DuPont's products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.

  • Represent DuPont at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to strengthen our brand and network with potential customers.

  • Continuously assess and improve marketing strategies and tactics to drive business growth and increase market share.

  • Ensure all marketing efforts are compliant with company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen with ability to collect and analyze data and communicate insights effectively.

  • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar markets through primary research and analysis and develop strategic plans to address those markets.

  • A leader who naturally connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, and possesses the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

  • A highly motivated and results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • A change agent who conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure.

  • Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong project management expertise. A strategic thinker.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A B.S. degree is required in a business or technical field; MBA strongly preferred.

  • 10 years in marketing and business development

  • +5 years’ experience in B2B marketing

  • +2 years’ construction market planning experience

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
