Our US student program includes 10–12-week internships and 3–6-month co-op assignments. The scope and length of your assignment will vary depending on the specific site and function.

Job Responsibilities:
Gain an understanding of the DuPont business and understand how taxes impact business operations.
Prepare supporting schedules to assist in the filing of federal and state tax returns for partnerships and corporations.
Develop both income and sales/use tax compliance knowledge and assist with tax notice responses.
Prepare tax returns under the direction of department analysts and managers.
Participate in projects to reduce DuPont’s overall tax exposure.
Work in gathering data to reconcile tax accounts.
Perform other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department.
Qualifications:
Working towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a result driven team-oriented environment.
Strong computer and technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and tax software.
Desire to learn state and local income, franchise, and sales/use taxes.
