Job Description

CVS Health is seeking an innovative individual with strong strategic and critical thinking skills to play an important role on a high-visibility growth initiative. As a Product Development Advisor in the Durable Medical Equipment organization, you will be responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing success of significant system development, integration projects to support dispensing and billing of durable medical equipment.

The Product Development Advisor will work cross functionally in all stages of the product development lifecycle to build solutions from concept through requirements, testing and deployment.

• Define and align stakeholders on project scope

• Lead business and functional requirements

• Lead testing efforts and the implementation of technical functionality

Additional responsibilities of the Product Development Advisor include:

• Establish and maintain strong operational oversight; driving engagement, generating incremental customer value, consistently aligning stakeholders, and proactively driving growth opportunities

• Drive incremental improvements to existing products/tactics and lead all aspects of testing, sizing, and implementation

• Interact with senior leaders regularly to share progress, insights and path forward recommendations

• Scope, plan, and execute analyses to answer key questions on product performance and opportunities for improvement, modification and expansion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RxConnect workflow and in-store CVS Pharmacy experience

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - able to summarize and appropriately articulate complex topics

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure project progress and success

• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems

• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated to ensure timelines are met

• Ability to draw actionable insights from data; strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point, SQL knowledge a plus


Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
