Job Description

职位职责

  1. 使用合适的量检具和各种精密测量工具检查、分析、检验零部件、装配件、扳金件、夹具等的质量。

  2. 遵守标准流程或者具体的作业指导来检查零部件、工具及车辆达到卡特彼勒规范和质量要求.

  3. 对不良品进行初步分析

  4. 完成主管指定的其它任务。

职位要求

  1. 为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神

  2. 技术学校或者更高学历，机械或者电气专业。

  3. 擅长机械图纸，了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法。

  4. 熟悉卡特彼勒相关标准。能够指导他人作业。

  5. 擅长操作普通量检具，如卡钳，千分尺，高度仪，油漆性能测量仪器等。

  6. 熟悉CMM/PCMM和相关操作，或者熟悉各种扭力工具，能完成简单的维修及保养。

  7. 具备良好的计算机操作能力, 包括MS office办公软件

  8. 至少1年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验。

  9. 能阅读简单的英语
