大数据分析助理工程师的岗位职责包括以下几个方面：

1. 数据收集与管理：

• 负责从各种数据源收集数据，包括内部数据库、公共数据集或第三方数据服务。

• 确保数据的准确性和完整性，进行数据清洗和预处理。

2. 数据分析与挖掘：

• 使用统计分析方法、数据挖掘技术或机器学习算法对数据进行深入分析。

• 识别数据中的模式和趋势，为业务决策提供数据支持。

3. 报告制作与可视化：

• 编写数据分析报告，清晰展示分析结果。

• 参与制定和执行数据安全管理策略。

7. 持续学习与适应：

• 跟踪最新的数据分析技术和工具。

• 不断学习，提升数据分析技能。

数据分析助理工程师需要具备较强的逻辑思维、问题解决能力以及良好的沟通技巧，以确保能够有效地与团队成员和业务部门进行沟通和协作。此外，他们还应当具备一定的编程能力，熟悉SQL、Python、R等数据分析相关工具和语言。
