维修技术员（ L4 ， CN34O2 ）

职位概述

辅助建造、安装、改造、维修和维护厂房、机器和设备设施。

职位职责

1、熟练掌握高配电气知识，熟练掌握倒闸操作、高压电气检修流程，熟悉本岗位的工作要求，掌握现电气设备的规格、结构、操作以及维护方法

2、协助维修人员每日卡特彼勒报修处理及预防性维修保养，实施常规的维修工作，如修理损坏的照明电路灯具，门，风机等。

3、认真进行巡检厂务所管辖设备设施，及时发现问题，及时进行汇报，并将隐患并有效处理

4、润滑、检查和维修调整以保证系统的润滑性能。

5、维护供暖或者通风系统的运作。

6、辅助蒸汽系统的运作，根据需要手工操作实现功能，操作除尘设备等。

7、操作移动设备为工厂提供维修或改进的工作。

8、以身作则，严格遵守公司和卡特彼勒方的各项规章制度，完成主管指定的其它任务

职位要求

-本岗位根据中国法律要求有高压运维电工资格上岗认证

-为人正直，有良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和紧迫感，具有团队精神。

-中专以上学历或相似教育水平，机电一体化或机械专业，能读懂机械图纸或电气图纸
