As a supervisor to lead Supply Quality Management team cooperate with other teams.

Supply Quality management team is responsible for driving for a strong focus on supply base continuous improvements on quality, work closely with category teams to implement quality related ECA/ICA/PCA, including supplier internal quality improvement to ensure supply base end-to-end quality excellence, from NPI pilot to full production, from incoming quality to MBD 2MIS. The scope covers both Internal company and PF, oversea and domestic, and manufacturing process outsourcing from supply base.

The Key jobs are as below:

1.Supplier quality window for facility and category.

2.NCMR alignment with supplier/category/facility.

3.Share quality performance with supplier and category team.

4.Responsible and accountable for ECA/ ICA of supplier quality issue which covers inbound/internal, support with category team.

5.PCA solution, support with CGS/facility quality team/category team to solve supplier quality issues occurred at MBD and field.

6.Responsible to NPI & mass production line recovery caused by supplier quality issue.

7.Supplier nonconformance material deviation coordination.

8.On-site supplier RCCA verification and process audit.

9.WDO supplier quality control and improvement.

10.Internal supplier quality management

11.Support category team to drive supplier quality improvement.

12.Request for credit memo of poor supplier quality issue.

13.Sample validation
