Role Definition

Responsible for scheduling, planning, and oversight of material procurement, production, and delivery.

What You Will Do:

  • Ownership of the Businesses Common Goal Agreements with Customers determining action plans for improvements.

  • Acting as the Businesses initial interface with the Customer ensuring relationships are developed and queries resolved with pace.

  • Site coordinate with different functions such as MP, Buyer, MP, NPS, ME and so on, face to face communicate and align solution accordingly.

  • Accountability for Managing Customer Orders.

  • Management of inbound Premium Freight cost from node supplier.

  • Customer backorder Management.

  • Assist BR to make sure account receivable timely.

  • Drive internal resource to meet customer requirement and Project Support.

  • Ownership of any root cause and corrective action analysis required.

  • Service Excellence: the ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner. Responds to unexpected customer requests with a sense of urgency and positive action.

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: the ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. The ability to identify issues and communicates with others when a decision needs to be made.

  • Problem Solving: The ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
