In your role as a Sanitarian Technician located in our Zanesville, OH plant, you will help maintain plant sanitary conditions and ensure the work area is of good quality at all times. You’ll collaborate with many diverse people and perspectives and be part of the united values and winning culture at Kellanova! You will work a 2/2/3 biweekly rotating schedule at a rate of $18.43 per hour.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Let’s Get Tidy – You will get to know all areas of the plant as you ensure all areas and equipment are properly cleaned and ready for production. Let’s see those machines sparkle!

• Following Best Practices – Adhere to good manufacturing practices as you prepare equipment for production. You’ll use all the right safety precautions as you support our efforts to create better mornings and better breakfasts for our consumers.

• Operating Equipment – Must be qualified to operate a pallet jack, cardboard bailer, dock plates, and compactor.

• Reduce Waste – Ensure waste is properly collected, weighed and transported throughout the plant.

  We’re Looking for Someone With

• Must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift or move up to 100 pounds

• Must be flexible with work schedule as well as overtime and holidays

• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to work in various temperatures and environments

• Ability to work in areas with possibility of exposure to various chemical & hot metal surfaces
